SHIPPING & RETURNS
DELIVERY TERMS & SHIPPING
Upon receipt of an order and confirmation of payment in full, allow for 2 to 3 working days for the processing of your order.
Local customers have the option to collect their order directly from our shop in Plettenberg Bay – please select the Local Collection option which becomes available during checkout.
We send orders throughout most of South Africa using Postnet to Posnet (2 to 4 days) at a fee of R100, or ARAMEX to your door at a fee of R100.
We give free delivery for any cart exceeding R1500.
To ensure accurate invoicing, email notifications and avoid delays in delivery please ensure that you provide the correct delivery address and contact detail in full.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your new jewellery. However, if there is anything you are unhappy with, you may contact us within 10 days of receiving your order to arrange a return or exchange – provided the original item is unworn and undamaged, and still in its original packaging. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and state the reason for your return. Delivery charges are non-refundable, the customer will also be responsible for the return postage cost.
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on any piercings such as earrings, studs and hoops.
Our products are guaranteed against manufacturing faults but not misuse, we will replace the item in question or refund it within 15 days of purchase. You will need to take a picture of the item and send it to email@example.com.
Any items ordered in the incorrect size or length might occur a resizing fee, also the purchaser is responsible for the courier fees for the return and re-delivery of the items.
We do not accept any returns on personalised jewellery made in our workshop and on jewellery that has been resized or altered.
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
Cancelled orders on the e-commerce facility will be refunded after deduction of a 10% charge for administration costs.
Intuition Jewellery reserve the right to reduce or cancel the order if we are unable to fulfil the order in part or in whole. This may occur if stock is insufficient. The customer will then receive a full refund with no deductions.
