OUR STORY
Pascal & Yolande founded Intuition Jewellery in 1991 with the dream of sharing their love of travelling and their passion for handcrafted jewellery. Their store is situated in the heart of Plettenberg Bay, a beautiful town along the southern coast of South Africa.
What makes intuition Jewellery so special is the attention to detail. Each piece of jewellery in their exquisite collection is hand-picked, ensuring that only the finest pieces are exhibited in their store.
In 1992, Pascal & Yolande travelled to Kenya, and it sparked inspiration in them. Since then they have travelled the world in search of silversmiths who practice their art traditionally. They frequently explore Mexico, India, Indonesia, Morocco and Ethiopia, searching for special pieces.

From meeting various cultures, they have come to realize that jewellery is so much more than a stone set in silver, or a necklace strung. It represents energy. Energy from the materials it was created with, energy from the culture it was created from and energy from the jeweller it was created by.
OUR WORKSHOP
Learning and working with silversmiths from around the world has led Pascal & Yolande to develop their own beautiful and organic style. They draw their inspiration from the intricate beauty within nature. Each piece is a handcrafted, one of a kind creation.
