SHOP & PRODUCT INFO

We take all reasonable care to ensure that product information are as accurate and up-to-date as possible. All details, descriptions, prices are correct at the time they are entered in our system. Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations may occur. Also, colour reproduction might have a slight variation, each semi-precious stone is unique in colour, size and shape.

 If, however, you are unsure of any product detail or that which is specifically available within our product ranges, please get in touch with us via our CONTACT page.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

​

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your new jewellery. However, if there is anything you are unhappy with, you may contact us within 10 days of receiving your order to arrange a return or exchange – provided the original item is unworn and undamaged, and still in its original packaging. Please contact us at info@intuitionjewellery.co.za and state the reason for your return. Delivery charges are non-refundable, the customer will also be responsible for the return postage cost, and a fee of 10% will be applicable for an administration fee.

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on any piercings such as earrings.

Our products are guaranteed against manufacturing faults but not misuse, we will replace the item in question or refund it within 15 days of purchase. You will need to take a picture of the item and send it to info@intuitionjewellery.co.za.

 

Any items ordered in the incorrect size or length might occur a resizing fee, also the purchaser is responsible for the courier fees for the return and re-delivery of the items.

We do not accept any returns on personalised jewellery made in our workshop and on jewellery that has been resized or altered.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

​

Cancelled orders on the e-commerce facility will be refunded after deduction of a 10% charge for administration costs.

Intuition Jewellery reserve the right to reduce or cancel the order if we are unable to fulfil the order in part or in whole. This may occur if stock is insufficient. The customer will then receive a full refund with no deductions.

WEAR & CARE

​

All items sold by Intuition Jewellery are made with high-quality materials. However, silver jewellery needs love and care. Regularly inspect your jewellery for signs of wear and tear, or stones becoming loose.

We recommend that you clean your jewellery often with our special silver jewellery cloth, it will keep it clean and beautiful. Avoid exposing your jewellery to direct contact with hair sprays, skin creams, perfume, chlorine, which will cause your jewellery to tarnish through oxidisation.

GIFT CARDS

​

You can purchase an electronic gift card for a loved one, it will be emailed to the recipient allowing them to redeem the amount within the online shop.
